Friends Of Hardhide

Hardhide is the mascot of the town of Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Hardhide and her successors have reigned over downtown Ponchatoula since 1975! The original Hardhide passed on January16th, 1985. Thousands showed up in the town square to honor her with a Jazz Funeral. Hardhide lives in the center of Downtown Ponchatoula, LA.

With the creation of the whiskey, we hope to honor the Town of Ponchatoula and Hardhide, 2% of ALL Profits will be donated towards the care and upkeep of Hardhide Consumers will have a chance to become a member of the Hardhide Foundation through purchases of Hardhide T-Shirts and Hats of which a portion of those sales will also be donated.
